ND CHECK – 733 Non Aqueous Developer

It is a Non aqueous Developer used in a process of LPI/DPI (Liquid / Dye penetrant inspection). It is ready to use suspension of white developing particles in combination with diluents. It provides a wet, thin, white film which provides and excellent contrasting background for the detection of cracks and discontinuities on the test surface.

AREA OF APPLICATION

Detection of cracks on welds, turbines, reactor vessels, pipes, castings, billets, forging, Aluminum parts, gears, etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

After the application of Penetrant and removal of excess penetrant from the surface apply ND Check – 733(developer). Once the film is dry and settled you will have an even thin white film which provides an excellent contrasting background which helps to clearly identify the crakes and discontinuities.
